Sessions consist of practical demonstration, theory and discussion, and are run by Angela Laverick, a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) with twenty years experience, and qualified to the high standards of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM)

Week 1 - Introductions, legs and feet massage, history, touch

Week 2 - Tummy massage, colic, crying

Week 3 - Chest and arms massage, benefits of massage, sleep

Week 4 - Face and back massage, adaptations, wellbeing

Week 5 - Gentle movements, full body massage, cues, what else is out there for parents and babies.

Please bring your own clean towel or blanket each week to lay your baby on during massage. This will be familiar to your baby and smell of home.

This is a completely baby-led course and your Baby is welcome to feed, cry, sleep etc whenever they need to, so please don't worry.
